Rajasthan Holidays is happy to serve you with its tour packages. We are at your service as booking agents for your travel needs. The Terms and Conditions given below is an agreement between you, the customer, and us, Rajasthan Holidays. By booking a tour with us, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully, understand them, and accept the below-listed Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

For all services booked, a certain advance payment must be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid before you depart from your country or upon arrival in  India but definitely before the start of the service.

Management of Rajasthan Holidays reserves the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from these, in special cases like heritage train journeys, hotel and resort bookings, during peak tourist time, full payment should be sent in advance.

Balance Payment

Any balance payment must be done 15 working days before the start of service. Any bookings that are done within 15 days of the start of service will be considered as late bookings and the customer shall pay the full amount at the time of booking itself.

Payment Modes

  • Credit Cards (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club)
  • Debit Card (Master / Visa / Maestro)
  • Money transfer / Bank transfer
  • Cash

Note:

  • 3% bank charges will be charged for payment with credit or debit cards.
  • All payments should be made free of deductions and taxes, failing which, the customer must bear all expenses.

Reservations

  • Upon receiving your booking request, the travel consultants at Rajasthan Holidays will assist you in creating a travel plan according to your requirements and interest within 24 hours.
  • Upon receiving the deposit money from you, we will secure your reservations and process your final booking. 
  • Once your booking is confirmed we will send you a confirmation letter with details of the proposed hotel, and other tour details. Should any changes occur after the confirmation, Rajasthan Holidays reserves the right to make changes and provide you with similar alternate options.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case you need to cancel a tour, you must inform Rajasthan Holidays in writing. You should mention the reason for your cancellation as this may be covered in your insurance policy. We will levy the following amounts based on the arrival date of your letter.
  • 10% cancellation charge if the tour is cancelled 30 days before the tour.
  • 25% cancellation charge if the tour is canceled 20 days before the tour.
  • 50% cancellation charge if the tour is canceled 10 days before the tour.
  • No refund if the tour is canceled 48 hours earlier.
  • In case of peak tourist season, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, or long weekend dates, the cancellation policy may vary according to hotels/ or service providers’ cancellation policies. We will communicate the same to you in that case.
  • In the case of train/ flight tickets, the cancellation charge and our service charges will be applied.

Note:

  • We will levy a minimum cancellation charge of 10% of the total cost on all cancellations.
  • A special cancellation charge/ policy is applicable for special tours.
  • In case there is a cancellation at the start of service, a refund will be limited to the amount recovered.
  • No refund will be provided in case of missed services like meals, or hotel rooms.

Refund Policy

Please note that the refund process will be strictly according to the company policy. The refund process might take 2-4 weeks depending on banking procedures. The customer might have to bear the bank charges.

Mode of Payment

Please note that all our tours are in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are using an international card or PayPal, then a small percentage will be deducted as transaction fees. This is because of the conversion of foreign currency and PayPal transaction fees.

Payment Procedure

After we receive the confirmation from your side about the tour booking, we will send you the invoice on your email ID mentioning the total amount. You can make the payment to us via different payment modes and you will receive confirmation from us about the amount you sent to Rajasthan Holidays.

Liabilities & Limitations

  • Please note that after the tour cost is finalized, if there is any hike in the entrance fees of historical monuments, museums, taxes, fuel costs, and tour guide charges by the Govt of India, the same charges would be charged as extra.
     
  • We act in the capacity of agents for hotels, transporters, airlines, and contractors who provide other services. All exchange orders, receipts, tickets, and contracts issued by us are issued as per the terms and condition under which these services are provided by them. 

  • All tour itineraries are sample itineraries that are intended to give you a general idea and schedule of the tour. Many unforeseen factors such as weather, road conditions, storms, traffic conditions, and physical conditions of the traveler may affect changes in itinerary before the tour or trail. Therefore, we reserve the right to change any schedule or itinerary in the interest of participants’ safety, well-being, and comfort.

  • Our rates are based on the existing current rates as determined by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Airlines and hotels might retain the right to modify/ change the rates without any prior notice. In this case, we might change the rates quoted before the changes, as per the alterations made by the airlines or hotels. All the hotel bookings are generally based on the check-in/ check-out timings unless indicated in the tour itinerary.

  • We will not be held responsible for any delays or alterations in the programs or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, weather changes, flight cancellations, breakdown of machinery, accidents, sickness, breakdown of transport, landslides, political closures, or any such unforeseen incidents.

  • We will be not held responsible for any loss or damage to person or property in connection with any type of accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of GOD, fire, theft, breakdown of machinery or equipment, strikes, riots, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, pilferages, breakdown of transport, or things that are beyond our control. 

  • We do not have any insurance policy which covers accidents, sickness, loss by theft, or any other reasons. All our guests are requested to requested to take insurance in their home country. All the baggage and the personal property of the customer are the client’s responsibility at all times, and they shall bear the risk of damage or loss.

General

You agree that neither Rajasthan Holidays, nor its affiliates and partners will be liable for any damage or loss (this includes injury, property loss, or death), or additional expenses during the tour.

  • Air Fare/ Train Fare
  • Any meals other than those mentioned in Cost Includes
  • Any expenses that are personal like laundry charges, liquor, telephone calls, etc.
  • Any other items that are not specified in Cost Includes
  • Guide and Entrance charges during sightseeing tours (unless specified).
