Ranthambore National Park packages is an ideal destination for any wildlife enthusiast. It is the only place in India where you can watch the tiger in its natural wild habitat. Like any other wildlife destination, you must plan your trip to Ranthambore. The ideal time for tiger sighting is between November to April, so a week’s trip would probably suffice for a first-timer. But if you want to see the Black Buck, you must book your Ranthambore trip package in September or October. You also have to check if festivals and events are happening in Ranthambore during your planned journey.

You should spend at least 3-4 days in Ranthambore Park. You will be going on safari during the day, so your best bet would be to make the most of it. Be sure to visit Ranthambore Fort, which is a great experience. On the way back, make sure you stop by Fateh Sagar Lake. It is a small lake, but it is pretty beautiful and is a great place to relax and unwind. You can visit nearby places like Kankwari Fort, Narlai Fort, and Jaisamand Lake if you have time. All these places are about 1-2 hours away from Ranthambore.

2. Which safari area in Ranthambore is the greatest for viewing wildlife?

The Ranthambore National Park covers a vast 500 square km, so choosing the best area for the safari will depend on what YOU are looking for. If you are a nature enthusiast and want to see animals in their proper habitat, then the best time to visit would be the dry season i.e., when the park turns green after the monsoon. The dry season lasts from October to March. Ideally, the best time to visit would be between November and February. The next concern would be where you can stay. That would entirely be based on your preference. Luxury resorts in Ranthambore are more costly than the essential rooms in Ranthambore. This would be your choice.
